Request for Video Monitoring Data Review - ADM5092
Purpose
This form is to be used to request approval to view any data captured on departmental video monitoring equipment as pertains to affiliated policies and legislation requirements (e.g. ATIP). The form, once completed, is to be sent to the Regional Security Office (RSO) for review, analysis and approval. Any requests from external parties (e.g. law enforcement agencies) requires approval from the Chief Security Officer (CSO) only, in consultation with the NHQ, Privacy Management Division (PMD).
