Standard Grant Application for Funding / New Horizons for Seniors Program - EMP5662
Purpose
The funding program under which your organization are applying have specific eligibility requirements. The Application for Funding should clearly show how the proposed project meets these requirements. You must complete an application along with the required supporting documents and send it to Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) or Service Canada as explained in the Applicant Guide.
NOTE: This form requires the latest version of Adobe Reader (version 8 or higher, including Acrobat Reader DC) or Foxit Reader and is only accessible through Mac or Windows computer systems. Mobile devices (smartphones or tablets) are not compatible with the form.
There are two formats to choose from for a PDF Application form, a printable or an electronic form. A copy of the printable form is available for download.
