Mexico/Canada Agreement - Application for CPP Disability Benefits - ISP5053-MEX
Purpose
For persons residing in Mexico to apply for a Canada Pension Plan Disability Benefit under the Agreement on Social Security between Canada and Mexico. The Disability kit includes: Mexico/Canada Agreement - Application for CPP Disability Benefits (ISP5053-MEX), Reference Guide and Medical Report for a Canada Pension Plan Disability Benefit (ISP2519-IO-MEX). Each form must be completed and forwarded to your nearest social security office (see Returning the Form).
