Title Employer's Annual Harassment and Violence Occurrence Report (EAHVOR)
Purpose Federally regulated employers must complete this report on or before March 1 of each year. The report records the total number of occurrences of workplace harassment and violence that were reported to the employer in the previous calendar year. The following information must be provided for each reported occurrence:
  • Type of occurrence
  • Location
  • The working relationship between the parties, and
  • The method by which the resolution process was completed
This reporting requirement came into effect on January 1, 2021 with the coming into force of the new Work Place Harassment and Violence Prevention Regulations. The First Employer’s Annual Harassment and Violence Report will be due by March 1, 2022, and will report on occurrences reported to the employer in the 2021 calendar year.

The Employer’s Annual Hazardous Occurrence report can be submitted via email or by mail.
