The Workplace Equity Information Management System (WEIMS) is an online application intended for use by employers under the Legislated Employment Equity Program and federal contractors under the Federal Contractors Program. This application supports employers in meeting their obligations under the Employment Equity Act and federal contractors under the Federal Contractors Program. WEIMS provides access to helpful analytical tools that can be used in conducting a workforce analysis. WEIMS also completes the Employment Equity Forms automatically based on data the employer has on file, rather than calculating and completing the forms manually.
